No Obligation Quotation
We welcome your enquiry either via email or phone to understand your specific requirements. Whether it's a home purchase, probate valuation, or commercial assessment. We provide a clear, competitive quote tailored to the scope of your property needs. We will provide a quotation for the required service, together with confirmation of our availability and timescales for inspection and report delivery.
Instruction
A formal quotation together with terms of agreements will be emailed for digital acceptance. Our dedicated business support team will be available to answer any questions and help you where needed. Upon acceptance of instructions, our team will issue an invoice for online payment.
Inspection
We will arrange access to the property via the selling agents/vendor where required. Every property is unique. We cross-reference our field findings with impartial, extensive experience and knowledge. Where required local market data is analysed and technical standards adhered, to ensure your RICS-regulated report is accurate.
Final Report
We deliver a comprehensive final report that is easy to understand. We will happily discuss the report findings with you and provide guidance and assistance on how best to proceed. We don’t just hand over a document; we ensure you have the honest, professional advice needed to move forward with absolute confidence.
