Defect Report

A specific defect report may be required if you have a suspected defect with an existing building you own or intend to purchase. Lantic Surveyors & Valuers can provide a specific defect report which will include identification, diagnosis and recommendations for remedial repairs.

We have also assisted clients who have been subject to non-building regulation compliant and defective works. We can provide a defective report in this regard and assist with obtaining respective Building Regulation Approval where necessary.
