Commercial Surveys

Building Survey reports can be provided on commercial premises for pre-purchase purposes. The survey report will identify the construction of the premises together with elements of the structure and building fabric which require repair. 

We can provide a Building Survey either in conjunction with a valuation or as a stand-alone service.
