If undertaking any excavation works within 3 or 6 meters of an adjoining property, cutting into or amending an existing structure which may have impact on a neighbour, then Party Wall notices may be required to comply with the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996.

We can provide a Party Wall service preparing Party Wall notices and Awards or acting on your behalf as Adjoining Owners surveyor should any Party Wall works be proposed by your neighbour.

The Building Owner, whom is the party responsible for carrying out the works, is liable for the fees of the Party Wall surveyor son both sides.
